ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Form 1 Entry
- Completed primary education (Class 6 / CM2)
- Certified copies of primary school report cards (last 2 years)
- Birth certificate (original + photocopy)
- Passport-sized photographs (4 copies)
- Completed AFASST Application Form
- Entrance examination (Mathematics, English, General Knowledge)
- Parent/Guardian ID document
Lateral Entry (Form 2 – Form 4)
- Official school reports for the last 2 academic years
- Transfer certificate from previous school
- Birth certificate (original + photocopy)
- Passport-sized photographs (4 copies)
- Completed AFASST Application Form
- Placement assessment (conducted by AFASST)
